Controls built into the records
Your mill data stays isolated, traceable and yours.
Access is checked on the server, every material movement leaves a trail, and balances are protected by database rules—not only by what a screen shows.
Database-level isolation
Row-level security isolates each company's records inside the database, not only in application screens. Production traffic uses HTTPS/TLS.
Roles enforced on the server
Admin, Production Manager, Sales Manager, Accounts, Operator, Dispatch Manager and Viewer start with clear access. Administrators can reassign 16 module permissions.
Financial history stays traceable
Received orders, invoices, dispatches, payments and posted vouchers are not silently rewritten. Corrections use a reversal, void, credit note or debit note.
Stock and accounting safeguards
Stock cannot go negative, dispatch cannot exceed what the mill holds, and the database checks that every accounting entry balances.
Backups you control
Download the whole company for manual backup and restore, or connect your own Google Drive for scheduled off-site backups.
Read and export after a lapse
A failed or overdue renewal pauses changes but keeps sign-in, read-only screens, all reports and full data export available until renewal. Affirmative cancellation follows separate retention terms.
Your mill. Your numbers.
